Enjoy creating your own wool felted handbag. In this advanced wet felting workshop, you’ll learn to layout Merino wool fiber over a resist to create a bag shape (approx. 10”x12”). We’ll spend the first half of the workshop creating the design on your bag and beginning the felting process. After a short lunch break, we’ll use the felting and fulling (shrinking) techniques we learned in the previous workshop, * to create a long-lasting, one-of-a-kind handbag. Design fibers and colors will be provided (bring any of your own stash you want to incorporate). Also, please bring a couple towels. A light lunch is provided. 10:00 am-3:00 pm *To be successful, we highly recommend that you complete a beginner felting workshop first.
