Learn how to create a 'back to nature' functional basket/coaster from pine needles found in your own backyard. You will learn the easy technique of wrapping pine needles around a central wooden core made from maple. Each participant will receive all of the materials needed to finish their first coaster or basket in this 3 hour class. The centerpiece of maple can be left natural or personalized later with your own wood burning or painting talents. An instruction handout is yours to keep to reference if you should decide to make other baskets on your own.
